Charged with the responsibility of capturing the unbridled excitement of youth as the announcement was made that Essendon Keilor College was to feature in Season One of Ultimate School Musical. After 8 week of auditions, tears, rehearsals and more tears, the students performed Fame in front of a live audience of 1200 and 6 broadcast cameras at the Regent Theatre.

Directed the Grand Final of the Fuji Film Faces of Summer Model/Bikini Contest at the Gold Coast's Wet n' Wild (where else?). It was a tough job, but someone had to do it!

After 1400 episodes the drama of the "Deal-o-Drome" and the antics of Andrew O'Keefe still hit a chord with the Australian viewing public. Richard has been involved with the show since its inception in Australia in 2003, the last 6 years as Director.

“Tonight Richard, I am Dusty Springfield”. Director of the top rating New Zealand version of this long running format, which saw competitors channel everyone from Burt Bacharach and Freddy Mercury to Tina Turner and Shakira

Produced 3 x 12 hour days live to the big screens at the Phillip Island track. Content included race coverage, pit reports, sponsor interviews and colour stories.

Directed and switched the American feed of the Gold Coast's most popular sporting event.

Directed and switched on-court action as the worlds best vied for Australia's own Grand Slam title. Also directed web-casts of the wildcard event to Tennis Australia's website.

Produced and Directed live OB and studio based sports programs for the Polish mark. Work undertaken in a foreign language environment covering a range of competitions and events including Champions League Football, Wimbledon Tennis, NBA, NHL and Moto Speedway.
